Beverage Questions
What is d9?
D9 (also referred to as "D-9," “Delta-9,” “∆9,” ∆9 THC, or its scientific name, “Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol”) is the primary psychoactive compound found in cannabis and industrial hemp plants.
It is a naturally occurring cannabinoid. We find that most people are talking about D-9 when they say “THC.” Indeed, D-9 is the cannabinoid that makes us feel those typical “high” effects when ingesting cannabis.
We do not use Delta-8, Delta-10 (aka D8, D-8, D-10) or any other synthetic cannabinoids in our products.

what are the other cannabinoids in the thc brews? do they have an effect?
Great question! We combine THC with cannabidiol (CBD), another active cannabinoid compound, for a more mellow experience.

the - is this even legal?
YES! All of our products are infused with hemp-derived THC which is considered federally legal per the 2018 Farm Bill. The 2018 Farm Bill allows for a maximum THC content of 0.3% (measured by a product’s dry weight).
The Law of the Land (AS FAR AS WE KNOW):
MUST BE 21+ TO PURCHASE. THE PRODUCTS DISPLAYED AND AVAILABLE ARE HEMP-DERIVED CANNABINOID PRODUCTS THAT COMPLY WITH THE FEDERAL LEGAL LIMIT CONTAINING LESS THAN ZERO AND THREE-TENTHS (0.3%) DELTA-9 TETRAHYDROCANNABINOL (THC), (2) DO NOT CLAIM TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, MITIGATE, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE, AND (3) HAVE NOT BEEN EVALUATED OR APPROVED BY THE UNITED STATES FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) FOR SAFETY, EFFICACY, EFFECTIVENESS, OR QUALITY.
what's it like drinking thc? how does it compare to eating an edible or smoking cannabis?
We happen to think that drinking THC is the best way to enjoy the floaty effects it has to offer. Here’s why:
Our THC Brews are a more mellow, low-dose option, meaning that you can have one and gauge how you’re feeling soon after. They are fast-acting, with the on-set for drinking our products at 10 - 15 minutes. Taking it slow and getting used to the effects of drinking THC is key to having a good time.
Traditionally, typical edibles can vary widely in intensity (be sure to check the mg content!), and it’s difficult to predict exactly when they will take effect in your body. In some cases, it can be hours after ingestion. Smoking is instant, but also typically very strong when compared with the low-dose of our beverages.
