Float House currently ships to 34 states plus Washington, D.C. Hemp-derived THC beverage rules vary state by state, so this list reflects where it's legal for us to deliver our brews directly to your door.

California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. We also deliver to Washington, D.C.

States we don't ship to (yet)

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.

Why aren't all 50 states covered?

Hemp-derived THC beverage regulation is a state-by-state patchwork. Some states have explicit restrictions on direct-to-consumer hemp THC shipments. Others have ambiguous rules where we've chosen to hold off until things settle. We add and remove states as the legal landscape shifts.

What about gummies?

Our hemp gummy lineup ships to a slightly different set of states. Eligibility is verified at checkout when you add a gummy product to your cart.
