Age and Consent:
•    Must be 21 years of age or older to buy our products.
•    By placing an order, you confirm that you are indeed 21 years of age or older and of legal age to enjoy infused beverages.
•    Age verification with a valid government-issued ID must be presented to the carrier upon delivery.

Shipping. You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase.

Taxes.  We will collect applicable sales tax on Products shipped to the states for which we determine we have a duty to collect sales tax. If an item is subject to sales tax, you agree that the amount of taxes shown at checkout may be adjusted. Several factors may cause this, such as variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates. Unless you provide Company with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order.

Refund & Returns. All sales of goods under this Agreement are final. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, or returns shall be permitted unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or required by applicable law. Customer accepts full responsibility for the selection and purchase of the Products and confirms that Products meet the Customer's requirements.

All replacement goods are granted solely under our purview and with our consent as Float House. If your order arrives damaged, partially missing, or otherwise incorrect, please notify us at info@floathouse.co within 7 days of your receipt to be eligible to receive a full or partial replacement order. Please include your receipt, images of the items received, and a description of the issue. We will review, and if finding your order warrants a replacement, we will send the items as they were outlined on the original order.

Order Processing:
•    Our goal is to fill orders within 1 - 5 business days, at the latest. Unfortunately, delays can occur, and although unlikely, processing time can take 7 business days or longer depending on the issue.
•    We are working Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm.
•    If you place your order on a Friday, we will fulfill it the following week.
•    A 3PL (third-party fulfillment center) may be responsible for fulfilling your order. This may possibly lengthen this process in the event that they experience delays for unforeseen reason.

Shipping Rates:
•    Rates will vary depending on your location.
•    Typically, we ship ground freight with an arrival time of 3 - 7 business days after the order has been fulfilled.
